Abstract
Objective: The objective of this research is to point out the public policies that can be adopted by public health in line with the school environment, to solve the serious social problem that became teenage pregnancy. Bibliographic Review: The steady increase in teenage pregnancies has brought an even bigger problem, ineffective ways of dealing with the social problem. When the subject reaches the school environment, he may be castrated by social conservatism or poorly directed by the lack of professionals with experience in the area. A project linked to continuing education for teachers and specific specializations for health professionals is the new bet to expand the training margin and make the school environment a reference point in the fight against early pregnancy. Final considerations: As it is a recurring problem, families are increasingly willing to collaborate, however, reaching homes blocked by conservatism that is a consequence of social inequality, has become an obstacle.
