Among elders, the total cholesterol and the LDL-c was desirable in 62% and 67%, respectively, triglycerides levels were desirable in 62% percent and HDL-c was undesirable in 62%. Adults’ diets showed 100% of elevated intake of meat and 100% of low intake of bread and sweets. 85,71% of elders showed elevated intake of milk and dairy byproducts and low intake of sweets. Conclusion: Altered parameters increase the cardiovascular risk, presenting an alarming data considering the nutritional follow-ups the majority of patients undergone in the ambulatory.
