Abstract
This work has for objective to identify to the Diagnostic of Nursing of the phases Daily pay, Intra and posoperatory of emergency through the necessities basic human beings of a customer victim of a traumatic accident through a case study. The Work was developed in the Unit of Surgical Clinics of a situated Hospital Institution in a city of the Southeastern region of the state of Minas Gerais. The case of a customer just admitted for a which had reconstruction surgical procedure to a trauma of left inferior member was selected for the study (MIE). The collection of data was carried through the assistance given in the operatory phases, for the verification of the necessities and alterations of the individual in the Consultation of Nursing, before admission and evolution, beyond a retrospective study by means of the handbook of this customer. For the studied case, a systemize interpretation of the necessities of the customer was possible, allowing the tracing of the actions of nursing ahead of the identification of the Diagnostic of Nursing of the phases daily pay, intra and pos-operatory.
