Abstract
Nursing consultation is an activity of great importance and resolvability when performed correctly by the nurse. Its realization requires knowledge, constant training and also needs the utilization of appropriate and complete instruments. The objective of this work was to present a nursing consultation instrument proposal. The elaborated instrument was based in the elements which constitutes the nursing consultation dynamics. It is expected that the present instrument meets the nurse necessities and be a systematic strategy in the nursing curative process.
