Abstract
This editorial aims to report on the new conception of scientific publication, allowing for reflection on the importance of valuing the dissemination of science and free access as a path to greater visibility of national productions. They also pose the discussion on the associated dissemination activities that give the necessary journals to its visibility in the medium in which they are inserted projection in order to promote the means of intensifying and consolidating the dissemination of productions, as well as free access to scientific information.
