Some researches counted as evidence VI, summaries and editorials were used as precluding criterion. In surveys, majority of patients related fear, long period of family absence, lack of autonomy, noises and pain, lack of informaion given by the medical team and nurses about their health condition. Nurses' contribution in administrative mesures and the elaboration of an assictence plan for stress reduction in ICU patients is extremely important to better one's emotional and physical conditions.
