Abstract
Objective: to identify the potentialities and fragilities of the Nursing Care Systematization and Nursing Process in an onco-hematology outpatient clinic. Methods: Retrospective study with a qualitative approach. Results: The use of the SWOT tool and content analysis revealed the potentialities among which the institutional support, the management of the integrated and participatory nursing service and the integration of the academy are highlighted. As frailties there are the absence of theoretical reference, limitation of printed matter, lack of organization in the demand and the little knowledge about the Systematization of the Nursing Care. Conclusion: The restructuring of the Nursing Care Systematization and the Nursing Process through the Permanent Education proposal proved to be a complex process, in which it was necessary to identify not only the potentialities, but also the weaknesses from the institutional, organizational and individual point of view of the nurses.
