Resumen
Objetivo: Resumir la evidencia existente sobre las acciones de Práctica Avanzada de Enfermería en la Atención Primaria de Salud a nivel mundial. Métodos: Se realizó una revisión sistemática que siguió la Declaración PRISMA (2020), basada en un protocolo de revisión registrado en PROSPERO bajo el ID: CRD42022301785, en las bases de datos: ScienceDirect, Scopus, Pubmed, Web of Science, CINAHL y EMBASE, utilizando la siguiente expresión de búsqueda: ((“Advanced Practice Nursing” OR Nursing OR “Nursing specialties”) AND “Primary Health Care” AND “Public Health”). Se incluyeron estudios descriptivos publicados en inglés, sin límite de tiempo, que respondieran a la pregunta de investigación. Se utilizaron los instrumentos ACROBAT-NRSI y GRADE-CERQual para analizar el riesgo de sesgo y la calidad de la evidencia, respectivamente. Resultados: Se identificaron 11.648 publicaciones, que luego de la selección, resultaron en 65 artículos para lectura completa y 15 manuscritos fueron seleccionados para síntesis cualitativa. Los resultados encontrados demuestran el desarrollo de la enfermería de práctica avanzada en Atención Primaria de Salud en diferentes continentes, destacando barreras y facilitadores en su implementación. Consideraciones finales: El estudio permite comprender el desarrollo de la enfermería de práctica avanzada en diferentes escenarios globales, compartiendo sus principales posibilidades y desafíos.
