Resumen
Objetivo: Desarrollar y validar un video educativo sobre el proceso de adaptación de prótesis para personas con amputaciones de miembros inferiores. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio metodológico en un hospital de Recife, el cual se desarrolló en ocho etapas. El guion y el video fueron evaluados por ocho fisioterapeutas expertos, utilizando el Índice de Validez de Contenido (IVC), con un punto de corte de ≥ 0,8. El público objetivo evaluó las ilustraciones, el diseño y la presentación, la estimulación/motivación del aprendizaje y la adecuación cultural. Resultados: El guion del video presentó un IVC total de 1, siendo considerado válido tras realizar ajustes menores sugeridos por los expertos evaluadores. Tras su producción, el video también fue sometido a validación por los expertos, manteniendo un IVC total de 1; asimismo, el público objetivo evaluó el material como válido. Conclusión: El video educativo desarrollado y validado demostró una calidad técnica y comunicacional adecuada, configurándose como una herramienta eficaz para apoyar la educación sanitaria de personas con amputaciones de miembros inferiores.
