Results: Nine articles were selected from the data analysis five categories emerged: (1) Organization of the work process; (2) Factors that generate quality of life at work; (3) Factors related to work that cause illness; (4) Factors that generate job satisfaction; (5) Personal factors that interfere with quality of life at work. Final considerations: The main factors that interfere with quality of life at work were observed: high/excessive demand; desktop; management support; job and salary plans; professional category; compatibility of the activities carried out with the position held; employment stability; occupational stress; between others. However, we highlight that there are limitations in scientific production, in which few relevant studies were found focusing on Primary Health Care.
