Complete articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish were included, between 2010 and 2021. The collection was carried out in five stages: identification, selection, eligibility, inclusion and synthesis, gathering in flowcharts and tables for analysis. Results: The search found 278 articles. After reading the title and abstract of the articles, 250 repeated or athematic articles were excluded. 28 works were selected for full reading. After analysis, a total of fifteen articles were included for this review. Final considerations: It is essential to invest in CR for health and quality of life. For this, it is necessary that specific strategies, addressing the main points of difficulties for the implementation of CR, are elaborated and put into practice.
