Resumo
Objetivo: Relatar o caso de fasciíte necrosante primária da mama em paciente do sexo feminino em um hospital regional do Distrito Federal e comparar com dados da literatura. Detalhamento de caso: Paciente 44 anos, admitida com processo inflamatório / infeccioso da mama e submetida a drenagem de abscesso e desbridamento após dois dias de internação devido a progressão da doença, sendo diagnosticada com fasciíte necrosante mamária. Quatro dias após abordagem cirúrgica, com piora clínica, foi realizada reabordagem com desbridamento e uso de antibióticos além de curativos, para resolução do quadro. Paciente evoluiu com melhora clinica e laboratorial e recebeu alta hospitalar após término do tratamento medicamentoso. Considerações finais: A fasciíte necrosante primária da mama possui um diagnóstico desafiador. Por ser uma doença potencialmente fatal, de instalação rápida e agressiva, necessita de identificação precoce por meio de exame clínico, imagem e cultura de tecido, além de tratamento com antibióticos de amplo espectro e desbridamento, que é a base da terapia.
