The relevance of the Systematization of Nursing Care in the School Health Program: an integrative review

Abstract

Objective: Identify relevant actions in the scientific literature through the use of the Systematization of Nursing Care (SAE) in nursing consultations in a school environment since the implementation of the Health at School Program. Methods: This is an integrative review of the literature, with articles published between 2007 and 2022, in Portuguese and with complete literature available. It was used as a guiding question: How has the Systematization of Nursing Care been used in a school environment after the implementation of the Health at School Program? The bibliographic research was carried out in April 2022, and searches were carried out in the following databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), ProQuest, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and Middle Collection of Descriptors in School Nursing of Health Sciences (DeCS): Nursing Diagnosis, School of Nursing, Service Assignment and Accessible Nursing Services with terms using the boolean “AND”. Results: 14 to promote regardless of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the ward proved to be a protagonist in school health. Final considerations: And well applied, it talks about the identification of psychological problems and an effective intervention, a risk project and promoting an improvement in the quality of life in substitute paper.
