Abstract
Objective: Knowing the profile of the cases, the feelings experienced and describing the behaviors adopted by nurses in the care of women victims of sexual violence. Methods: This is an Integrative Review, following the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) flowchart; the survey of the studies was carried out in the Virtual Health Library (BVS), as it is a complete database that covers a considerable range of references, the inclusion and exclusion criteria were followed to delimit the materials of greatest impact for the research. Results: Following the criteria, a sample of 9 articles was obtained. The results were presented and discussed in two topics, the first on the profile of the cases and the feelings experienced by the women and the second on the nursing behavior in the care of women victims of sexual violence. Final considerations: After the trauma, the victim may suffer from the occurrence of signs and symptoms that affect the emotional, psychological and physical state. Therefore, the use of nursing instruments, in addition to constituting the way to establish the care relationship, allow the victim to feel welcomed, respected, cared for and able to expose information about their condition.
