Abstract

Objective: To know existing publications in national literature on the use of the systematization of nursing care in prenatal in the context of the Brazilian health system. Methods: The bibliographic survey was conducted in the databases BDENF and LILACS, important to reflect the thematic study in Brazil. There was no delimitation of time Results: Six articles found that composed the review. It was observed that the nursing diagnosis has been the most studied phenomenon among the steps of the nursing process and nursing theories are not being used efficiently in support of systematization of nursing care. Conclusion: There was evidence of a lack of knowledge regarding the systematization of care in the prenatal consultation performed by the nurse. The low number of publications represents a limitation of the study, indicating the need to expand publications about the development of the systematization of nursing care in prenatal care.
