Abstract
The objective of this study was to analyze the resistance and sensitivity of the Staphylococcus aureus the antibiotics β-lactams isolated of hospital units described in last the ten years through descriptive and analytical study of systematic bibliographical revision with met analyze, by means of article research index in the scientific bases: Bireme, LILACS, SciELO, PubMed and MEDLINE. The criterion for the election was instituted of original articles with referring experimental results the resistances and sensitivity of the S. aureus the antibiotics β-lactams isolated of hospital units with date of publication enters the years of 2000 the 2010 with the following describers: Staphylococcus aureus, antibiotic β-lactams, resistance, sensitivity. After the bibliographical research, the articles had been quantified and later analyzed statistical with the test qui-square. In accordance with the study, the consisting met analyze sample of 6 was gotten (six) article. These articles are referring to the incidence of the resistance and sensitivity of the S. aureus the antibiotics β-lactams of the years of 2001 the 2006. On the basis of the findings, are certain that on the contrary of the increase of the resistance and decline of sensitivity, considered for scientific literature, the results consider that the S. aureus is less resistant and more sensible to antibiotics β-lactams, as demonstrated in this article; the cause of this is not known, but some authors affirm that this if of the one for the improvement of the constitution biochemist of antibiotics, as well as of the practical ones of correct antibiotics therapy, thus diminishing the election and microrgânica competitiveness.
