Análise do comportamento aplicada ao autismo embasada em estratégias naturalísticas: revisão da literatura

Resumo

Objetivo: Averiguar a incidência da temática e estudos sobre as estratégias naturalísticas, aplicadas ao autismo, bem como a eficácia e utilização de tal intervenção. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa no qual foram selecionadas três bases de dados, delimitando as buscas ao período de 2010 à 2020, e foco de pesquisa materiais que associassem as temáticas do autismo, análise do comportamento aplicada (ABA) e intervenções naturalísticas. Resultados: Os dados indicaram a eficácia de tal intervenção baseada nas estratégias naturalísticas sob a ótica comportamental, no que tange especificamente contribuições para o desenvolvimento da linguagem e habilidades sociais, possibilitando maior contato com estímulos naturais do contexto da criança no espectro e interações sociais, indicando assim, mudanças comportamentais para determinados quadros do Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA). Considerações finais: As intervenções em enfoque naturalístico indicaram resultados satisfatórios quanto a evolução clínica e qualidade de vida das crianças, dessa forma, maiores estudos na área, sejam eles teóricos como práticos, podem contribuir para pacientes no espectro, como para os profissionais da área.
