Impactos da Covid-19 na saúde mental da equipe de enfermagem de Unidades de Terapia Intensiva: uma revisão de escopo

Resumo
Objetivo: Identificar e mapear os impactos da Covid-19 na saúde mental da equipe de enfermagem de unidades de terapia intensiva. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo norteada pelo Joanna Briggs Institute Reviewers’ Manual. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre os meses novembro e dezembro de 2021, em sete bases de dados. A análise se deu por estatística descritiva simples. Resultados: Foram incluídos 16 estudos publicados nos anos de 2020 e 2021, provenientes de 12 países, com predominância de estudos advindos do continente europeu, tendo como principais áreas de conhecimento enfermagem, medicina e psicologia. Verificou-se que os principais impactos à saúde mental da equipe de enfermagem foram estresse, ansiedade e depressão. As estratégias predominantemente utilizadas para amenizar tais impactos foram intervenções psicológicas, fornecimento de treinamento adequado de biossegurança e orientações para identificação precoce dos sinais de adoecimento mental. Considerações finais: A saúde mental da equipe de enfermagem com atuação no cenário estudado sofreu diversos impactos, associados principalmente ao excesso de trabalho, escassez de equipamentos de proteção individuais e medo de infecção, deste modo, sugerem-se ações integrais de cuidado à saúde mental desta clientela.
