Programas e Práticas Intergeracionais: desafios e benefícios para a qualidade de vida de diferentes grupos etários pela perspectiva acadêmica

Resumo
Objetivo: Identificar e descrever os programas e as práticas intergeracionais, sua metodologia, seus desafios e benefícios para a qualidade de vida de diferentes grupos etários, pela perspectiva acadêmica. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura com base em 33 artigos disponíveis nas plataformas Pubmed, Scopus e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, por meio da combinação de descritores. A análise dos artigos categorizou o conteúdo das práticas e suas percepções. Resultados: As áreas de conhecimento identificadas nas práticas intergeracionais foram de saúde, educação e ensino, arte e cultura, tecnologia, arquitetura e urbanismo, meio ambiente e comunicação. Os projetos mais desenvolvidos e publicados eram investigativos, sendo as universidades e Organizações Não governamentais (ONG) as principais organizadoras. Grande parte dos projetos proporciona o relacionamento de idosos com outros grupos etários, o que, ao final, apresentava como maiores benefícios o bem-estar mental, o desenvolvimento de novas habilidades e a melhoria na percepção entre os grupos. Como desafio, constata-se principalmente a falta de continuidade das práticas. Considerações Finais: Os idosos parecem ser os mais estudados nos projetos e também os mais beneficiados por eles. Poucas publicações sobre o assunto e a metodologia incompleta das práticas foram as maiores limitações para a produção do artigo.
