Principais alterações hematológicas e bioquímicas presentes em pacientes coinfectados com COVID-19 e dengue no Brasil

Resumo

Objetivo: Descrever as principais alterações hematológicas e bioquímicas presentes em pacientes coinfectados com COVID-19 e dengue no Brasil através de uma revisão de literatura. Métodos: Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa a partir de artigos na base de dados Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE via PUBMED). Foram utilizados artigos entre 2018 e 2022 e buscados os seguintes descritores: parâmetros laboratoriais, hematologia, bioquímica, dengue, COVID-19, coinfecção pela COVID-19 e dengue combinadas com Brasil. Resultados: Foram selecionados 34 artigos com o foco em descrever as principais características laboratoriais da dengue e da COVID-19 separadamente e em casos de coinfecção. Considerações finais: As principais alterações hematológicas e bioquímicas em pacientes com dengue são leucopenia, trombocitopenia e aumento do hematócrito, da ALT e da AST. Enquanto nos casos da COVID-19, os principais achados são leucopenia, linfopenia, aumento de D-dímero e ferritina. Porém, quando analisados casos de coinfecção, foi possível verificar características combinadas de ambas as doenças, como leucopenia, linfopenia, trombocitopenia e aumento de ALT, AST, D-dímero, ferritina e LDH. Contudo, novos achados como monocitopenia e aumento da glicemia também foram observados.
