Adaptação transcultural e propriedades psicométricas do "Compliance Questionnaire Rheumatology" para a língua portuguesa

Resumo
Objetivo: Realizar a validação de construto e confiabilidade de uma versão em português do Compliance Questionnaire Rheumatology (bCQR). Métodos: Estudo metodológico de adaptação transcultural, que consistiu nos estágios de tradução, síntese, retrotradução, avaliação por comitê multiprofissional e pré-teste em 52 pacientes ambulatoriais com artrite reumatoide (RA). As propriedades psicométricas foram avaliadas por meio da validação estrutural - análises fatoriais exploratória e confirmatória, com uso da técnica Robust Diagonally Weighted Least Squares (RDWLS) – e consistência interna, com uso do alfa de Cronbach. A fidedignidade composta também foi avaliada. Resultados: A análise fatorial identificou uma estrutura unidimensional, com bom ajuste dos dados após análise fatorial confirmatória (x2 não significativo; p=0.788), resultados adequados quando testados em diferentes modelos de ajuste e manutenção dos 19 itens, conforme as cargas. O coeficiente alfa de Cronbach (0,75) e a fidedignidade composta (0,84) indicaram uma forte estrutura fatorial e a confiabilidade do bCQR. Conclusão: Este estudo valida a adaptação transcultural do bCQR, sendo confiável para avaliar a adesão em pacientes com AR, que pode ser útil na pesquisa e prática clínica, como instrumento de triagem ou orientar intervenções educativas.
