Perfil de internamentos obstétricos no Amapá pela Covid-19

Resumo
Objetivo: Identificar as características clínicas e epidemiológicas de gestantes diagnosticadas com covid-19, em um município do estado do Amapá. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo retrospectivo. A amostra foi composta por 18 gestantes com covid-19, atendidas no Hospital Universitário do Amapá, entre junho e dezembro de 2020. A coleta de dados foi realizada em prontuários, analisando as variáveis sociodemográficas, sinais e sintomas da covid-19, tipo de parto, internação em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva e desfecho materno e neonatal. Resultados: A idade média das gestantes foi de 25,2 anos, a maioria era parda, com ensino médio completo e dona de casa. As comorbidades mais evidenciadas foram hipertensão arterial sistêmica e obesidade. As complicações maternas mais observadas foram a pré-eclâmpsia e eclâmpsia, e quase metade das gestantes necessitaram de Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI). Foram registrados três óbitos maternos. Conclusão: Gestantes com comorbidades, no terceiro trimestre de gestação, apresentaram desconforto respiratório com necessidade de cuidados intensivos e desfechos desfavoráveis.
