Violência sexual contra adolescentes escolares no Piauí

Resumo
Objetivo: Analisar a prevalência e os fatores associados à violência sexual contra adolescentes escolares no estado do Piauí. Métodos: Trata-se de estudo transversal, com dados secundários da Pesquisa Nacional de Saúde do Escolar de 2019, coletados por formulários com variáveis sociodemográficas, comportamentais, de saúde sexual e reprodutiva, de sociabilidade e autoimagem corporal. A variável dependente foi a violência sexual alguma vez na vida. Para a análise multivariada utilizou-se regressão logística múltipla, com obtenção de odds ratio ajustada (ORaj) e intervalos de confiança de 95% (IC95%). Resultados: Foram entrevistados 5.820 adolescentes. A prevalência de violência sexual foi de 4,4% (3,1% no sexo masculino; 7,4% no sexo feminino). Houve associação de violência sexual com o sexo feminino (ORaj=2,37; IC95% 1,80-3,15), com o uso de álcool (ORaj=3,10; IC95% 2,22;4,54), de cigarro (ORaj=2,66; IC95% 1,98;3,45) e de drogas ilícitas (ORaj=26,55; IC95% 22,02-33,59), com sofrer (ORaj=2,35; IC95% 1,84;3,58) e praticar bullying (ORaj=1,52; IC95% 1,08;2,18), com insatisfação com o corpo (ORaj=1,55; IC95% 1,12;2,73) e com autopercepção corporal gordo (ORaj=1,74; IC95% 1,27;2,41). Conclusão: A prevalência de violência sexual foi elevada, associada com o gênero dos adolescentes e fatores comportamentais e de percepção corporal.
