Abstract

Objective: To analyze nurses' perceptions of nursing teleconsultation in health services. Methods: This was an integrative review conducted between June and October 2023 on PubMed via MEDLINE and the CAPES journal portal, with access via CAFe, using the descriptors validated by DeCS/MeSH: Digital Health and Nursing. Filters were applied to complete and available articles, addressing documents classified as scientific articles and published between 2018 and 2023, with no language restrictions. The research sample involved a total of 370 articles, with 10 selected after analyzing the abstracts. Results: The implementation of teleconsultation is in line with research related to the professional performance of nurses, interpreting it as an intentional and conscious process with the purpose of converting a specific object into a determined product, through human intervention and the use of instruments Final considerations: The effectiveness of teleconsultation is evident in the monitoring of patients with notifiable diseases, in the active search for non-located patients and in the resolution of doubts about symptoms and medications/side effects.
