Resumo

Objetivo: Análise crítica das técnicas de anastomose avançadas empregadas em procedimentos cirúrgicos gastrointestinais, incluindo anastomoses mecânicas e anastomoses por grampeadores lineares, avaliando sua aplicabilidade e eficácia em diferentes contextos cirúrgicos. Métodos: Esta revisão integrativa foi conduzida seguindo a estratégia PVO. Foram realizadas buscas na base de dados PubMed com critérios de inclusão que abrangiam artigos em inglês publicados de 2018 a 2023, incluindo 11 estudos após aplicação de critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Resultados: Observou-se que as colectomias robóticas intracorpóreas resultaram em uma recuperação pós-operatória superior e menores taxas de complicações em comparação às colectomias laparoscópicas extracorpóreas. No grupo submetido à anastomose avançada, 13,3% dos pacientes apresentaram complicações, enquanto no grupo que recebeu anastomose convencional, esse índice foi de 15%. Além disso, o uso de grampeadores lineares demonstrou certas vantagens em relação aos grampeadores circulares. Considerações finais: As técnicas de anastomose avançadas empregadas em cirurgias gastrointestinais possuem características tanto favoráveis quanto desfavoráveis. Os grampeadores lineares mostraram melhorias nutricionais pós-cirurgia e menor perda de sangue.
