Violência contra mulher e seus desfechos na pandemia da COVID-19

Resumo

Objetivo: Analisar os desfechos da violência contra a mulher durante o período pandêmico da COVID-19. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática pautada nas diretrizes do Instituto Joanna Briggs e reportada conforme Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, abrangendo as seguintes bases de dados: CINAHL, EMBASE, LILACS, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science e a literatura cinzenta, incluindo o Google Scholar. A qualidade metodológica foi avaliada utilizando as ferramentas do JBI. Registrado protocolo na plataforma PROSPERO – CRD42022293362. Resultados: Foram revisadas 23 publicações que abordaram os impactos biopsicossociais da violência contra a mulher durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Os desfechos incluíram aumento da violência doméstica, impacto na saúde mental das vítimas e barreiras ao acesso aos serviços de apoio. Considerações finais: Os estudos incluídos revelaram uma correlação significativa entre a exposição das mulheres a diferentes formas de violência durante a pandemia de COVID-19 e seus desfechos adversos, abrangendo aspectos físicos, psicológicos, sexuais e patrimoniais.
