Enxerto gengival livre associado a laserterapia de baixa potência

Resumo

Objetivo: Relatar uma cirurgia de enxerto gengival livre no dente 33 associado ao laser de baixa potência. Detalhamento de caso: Paciente sexo masculino, 23 anos, não fumante e sem alterações sistêmicas compareceu a uma faculdade com a queixa principal de hipersensibilidade dentinária no dente 33. No exame clínico paciente apresentou recessão gengival no dente 33, medindo 2mm de profundidade de sondagem, mucosa queratinizada delgada, tendo diagnóstico clínico de RTI de Cairo. Foi realizada a anestesia local e as incisões, com lâmina 15c, em bisel interno a 45° intrasulcular e relaxantes foram realizadas formando um retalho trapezoidal e descolamento com aprofundamento de vestíbulo utilizando descolador de molt 2-4. Em seguida, na região palatal, o enxerto autógeno epitelial foi removido e adaptado na área receptora e suturado com pontos simples até sua estabilidade total. No pós-operatório foram prescritos analgésico e corticóide, além de laser vermelho 2 joules por ponto nas áreas doadoras e receptoras. Considerações finais: Pode-se considerar que diante dos resultados clínicos pode-se o EGL é um excelente enxerto para ganho de mucosa queratinizada, porém não para recobrimento.
