Preditores de inatividade física em adultos

Resumo

Objetivo: Mapear preditores da Inatividade Física em adultos. Métodos: Revisão de escopo, baseada na extensão PRISMA ScR, que incluiu estudos observacionais, longitudinais e intervencionais, sem restrição de idiomas e ano de publicação. Adotou-se estratégia PCC (População, Conceito, Contexto). Foram fonte de evidência bases, repositórios e diretórios de dados (MEDLINE via EBSCO; Web of Science; Scopus; LILACS via BVS; Cochrane Library; SPORTDiscus; EMBASE e Cinahl. Como literatura cinzenta, fez-se buscas no Google Acadêmico, Open Gray e BDTD)Resultados: Constatou-se aumento dos estudos na temática e 89 foram incluídos na revisão. Os resultados apontaram diversidade de delineamento amostral, geográfico e populacional.  Dentre os preditores encontrados, destacam-se: idade, ambiente, escolaridade, estado nutricional, autoeficácia, sexo e estilo de vida, variáveis em sua maioria modificáveis, que caracterizam elementos do sujeito em seu contexto social. Considerações Finais: Conhecer os preditores de Inatividade Física possibilita o desenvolvimento intervenções, ações e políticas específicas, que auxiliem na promoção de atividade física para saúde de diferentes populações.
