Paciente com origem anômala de coronária direita

Resumo
Objetivo: Relatar um caso de paciente com origem anômalo de coronária direita em seio coronariano esquerdo e com trajeto interarterial maligno. Detalhamento de caso: Estudo observacional e descritivo do tipo relato de caso acerca do trajeto maligno de coronária direita em paciente do sexo feminino, sem história de comorbidades prévias, esportista e sintomática na avaliação inicial. A confirmação diagnóstica se deu mediante o exame de imagem Angiotomografia de coronárias. A paciente foi submetida a cirurgia de revascularização do miocárdio via enxerto de mamária para coronária direita, evoluindo com melhora clínica do quadro de precordialgia inicial. Considerações finais: Considera-se que a Angiotomografia de coronárias é padrão ouro para avaliação de anomalias coronarianas, alteração fortemente associada a morte súbita e que, embora não possuam consenso em relação a abordagem cirúrgica, deve ter sua terapêutica individualizada a baseada no quadro clínico de cada paciente, de forma que essa intervenção deva ser uma opção favorável especialmente em paciente sintomáticos e com documentação de isquemia miocárdica em exames cardiológicos.
