A influência da dieta no manejo da endometriose

Resumo
Objetivo: Avaliar quais os tipos de dietas podem influenciar no quadro inflamatório da endometriose. Métodos: Foram realizadas buscas nas bases de dados LILACS, MedLine, ScienceDirect, Scopus e BMC. A partir disso, foram incluídos diferentes tipos de estudos que analisavam a relação entre intervenção dietética e o manejo do quadro inflamatório da endometriose. Resultados: A amostra final foi composta por 20 artigos principais, publicados em inglês, entre os anos de 2018 e 2024.Nesse sentido, após a leitura dos artigos, procedeu-se ao agrupamento dos principais tipos de dietas encontrados, sendo separados em: dietas pautadas na qualidade dos carboidratos, dieta anti-inflamatória, dietas alternativas e suplementação. Considerações finais: A presente revisão, permitiu correlacionar o impacto que intervenções alimentares podem provocar na endometriose, sendo que a dieta FODMAP, com baixo IG, anti-inflamatória, mediterrânea, pobre em níquel/soja, baseada em fitoterápicos e da endometriose, apresentaram benefícios, já a suplementação com vitaminas/minerais e ácidos graxos não trouxeram alterações significativas. Mediante ao exposto, ainda faltam dados sobre os efeitos de longo prazo, logo, ainda não é possível se fazer recomendações específicas sobre o uso de dietas para mulheres com endometriose.
