Promoção da saúde sexual por meio da gamificação e da abordagem freiriana: relato de uma ação educativa rural

Resumo
Objetivo: Descrever uma intervenção educativa sobre saúde sexual com adolescentes do ensino médio em uma escola rural, baseada na combinação entre gamificação e abordagem Freiriana. Relato de experiência: A atividade foi desenvolvida em 2024 por uma equipe da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) em Santa Catarina, com 30 estudantes de 14 a 17 anos. A intervenção foi estruturada em três etapas: (1) caixa de perguntas anônimas, (2) roda de conversa dialógica e (3) quiz gamificado com resolução de casos clínicos sobre métodos contraceptivos, baseados em materiais do Ministério da Saúde. A atividade favoreceu o pensamento crítico, a troca de experiências e a construção de saberes. Observou-se engajamento crescente, surgimento de temas espontâneos como identidade sexual e forte interesse por métodos pouco conhecidos, como o dispositivo intrauterino (DIU) e o preservativo feminino. Considerações finais: A integração entre gamificação e pedagogia crítica mostrou-se eficaz, de baixo custo e aplicável à Atenção Primária à Saúde. A experiência reforçou o papel da escola e da ESF como espaços de cuidado e educação em saúde.
