Polimorfismos na interleucina-1B e sua influência em doenças associadas à infecção por Helicobacter pylori

Resumo

Objetivo: Analisar a associação entre polimorfismos na interleucina-1B (IL1B) e a suscetibilidade à infecção por Helicobacter pylori, considerando sua influência sobre a resposta inflamatória do hospedeiro, por meio de uma revisão integrative da literatura. Métodos: Foram incluídos estudos observacionais publicados entre 2003 e 2025, nos idiomas português e inglês, que abordassem a associação entre IL1B e H. pylori. Após triagem e aplicação dos critérios de elegibilidade, os artigos selecionados foram analisados qualitativamente. Resultados: Foram identificados 571 artigos, com exclusão de 263 por duplicidade. Após análise de 307 títulos e resumos, 109 artigos foram lidos na íntegra e 22 foram incluídos na revisão. Destes, 12 abordaram o polimorfismo IL1B-31, 16 o IL1B-511 e 8 o IL1B+3954. A técnica PCR-RFLP foi a mais empregada na genotipagem dos SNPs. Os principais achados indicaram associação do alelo IL1B-31 C e do genótipo CC, bem como do alelo IL1B-511 T com maior suscetibilidade à infecção. Considerações finais: Identificar polimorfismos na IL1B pode contribuir para o rastreamento de indivíduos com risco aumentado para infecção por H. pylori. Os achados reforçam o papel da genética na resposta inflamatória e no prognóstico clínico.
