Conhecimento sobre antimicrobianos entre alunos de enfermagem e medicina: revisão global para orientar à educação interprofissional em saúde planetária

Resumo
Objetivo: Analisar o conhecimento, atitudes e práticas de estudantes de Enfermagem e Medicina sobre o uso de antimicrobianos e a resistência antimicrobiana e compreender como tais temas são inseridos nos currículos acadêmicos, considerando a saúde planetária e os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, com buscas em PubMed, SciELO e Scopus, seguindo as instruções PRISMA-P. Resultados: Dos 22 artigos analisados, 9 foram incluídos. Observou-se conhecimento técnico limitado e fragmentado sobre o uso racional de AMB. Houve um paradoxo nas atitudes: apesar de reconhecerem a RAM como problema, muitos estudantes subestimam seu papel na contenção do fenômeno. Os currículos são insuficientes, necessitando de intervenções educativas personalizadas e fortalecimento da educação interprofissional. Considerações finais: A RAM é uma ameaça global crítica. Aprimorar currículos e estimular a colaboração interprofissional é crucial para formar profissionais que promovam a saúde planetária e mitiguem os impactos da RAM.
